Current zebrafish test routine requires individual fish to be anesthetized and manually immobilized in low-melting agarose gel. This labor-intensive practice is tedious and poses a great challenge in manipulating a large number of zebrafish samples simultaneously, there is a great market demand for a fully automated zebrafish research platform with zebrafish orientation control and integrated drug delivery control system.
